Custom Job ID Creation & Search

Within the Contract Details section of each job (Clipboard page), you can now create your own Job ID or enter one given to you by a VMS. Once saved, this ID will show up on the Job Board under the Position Title.

Better yet, you can search by Custom Job IDs using the ID box of the Requisition Finder. This is especially convenient when working with VMS’s. When you receive an email update from a VMS, just take the Job ID within it to immediately pull up the job within COMPAS.

Snapshot Report

Instead of working through a list of all your open jobs, you can now run the report by Status (ex. Select the Tier 2 Status and only your Tier 2 jobs will appear).

Start Ludicrous Speed

In our pursuit to offer the most comprehensive recruiting platform on the market, we just made some recent enhancements that are available in your instance of COMPAS today:

Sharing Tasks with other Users (Tasks)

1. Users can grant other users access to their tasks by clicking on “Share Your Tasks

2. From there they can select and remove users they want to share visibility with.

3 Once users have been granted access, they can click “Show Shared Tasks” to see those users tasks (applicant, client tasks, hot listed candidates and opportunities)

View all Client Activity in the CRM

Users can now go to a company and view the most recent activity against all the contacts company wide.

1. Go into your into a company record, click on the Contact Activity Tab and select a date range (Year to Date, Quarter to Date or Month)
2. All the activity that has taken place between all the contact will appear.

Linking Candidates to Contacts

Users now have the ability to link a candidate record with contact record.

1. Just go to a candidate record and click on edit (next to their name).  You’ll see “Link to Manager Record” and select change.

2. From there you can search the CRM for the contact and select the one you want.

3. Then a new icon will appear at the top of that applicant’s record alerting the user that the applicant may also be a prospective, current customer and have a contact record.

Linking Contact Records over to  Contact Records

Users now have the ability to link a contact to another contact record. This was designed to allow users to keep track clients that have moved to another company.

1. Go to a contact record and click edit (next to the contacts name)

2. Click on Linked Contacts

3. Search for the other contact record and select it.

4. Once COMPAS knows there is another record, the following icon will appear to notify the user of multiple contacts
