Automated Resume Matcher ![]()
This new application automatically identifies candidates that exist in your talent management software. You’ll notice this feature by going into the Talent Screen for a job. In there you’ll see a new bucket called “Resume Matcher.” Here’s how it works: COMPAS will take the Position Categories and Skills from the Job Details page and automatically match applicable candidates from the applicant tracking system via their resumes. Those candidates are displayed and ranked in the bucket using a 5 star system.
Search with Flags ![]()
You may have noticed already that COMPAS has a flagging system that allows a user to flag a candidate. Now you can run searches with flags from the Applicant Tracking home page. Just check the box or boxes of the flags you want to search by.
Internal Job Board
You may have noticed already that COMPAS made some updates to the user interface on the Job Board. When hovering over a job, we’re now shading that specific position to make it easier to view. We’ve also added a more intuitive interface for moving candidates through the interview process. When hovering over a stage, you can choose Active, Declined or Rescheduled. This makes it easier to select the correct next steps for the candidate.
Applicant Tags 
There have been several requests to create your own custom way to tag candidates. So COMPAS created the ability for you to go into the Table Editor and create whatever tags and sub tags that you’d like. These tags will show up in the Categorization tab of candidate profiles and within the search page of Applicant Tracking.
Integrated Interview Scheduler ![]()
Do you want to provide your customers with the white glove service by coordinating their interview team schedules? COMPAS makes this easy to do within the Job Board. After you select an Active stage for a candidate, you’ll see a check box that reads “Include Interview Scheduler.” Once you check that box, you’ll have the ability to line up times for all the interviewers that will be interviewing your candidate.
Better yet, check the Invite box to sync it with the interviewer’s calendar and then select the candidate’s resume to include it within the invitation. Lastly, click Save and the interview is booked.
Quick tip: Hover over your newly saved stage to see the notes and complete interview schedule.
Automated Feedback Capability ![]()
Are you tired of trying to track down your clients to get feedback on your candidates? With COMPAS’s automated feedback capability, you can create an easy-to-use feedback form that will get you that highly desired feedback in record time! While using the new Interview Scheduler, you can select Feedback Forms for the interviewers to answer. By design, the link to these online forms won’t be sent out until after the interview has begun. We’ve taken this feature a step further by allowing all Owners of a job to receive an email every time a Feedback Form is submitted. Additionally, each email will include forms that have already been submitted as well as show you which ones are still pending. You can also check on feedback by going to the Applicant Feedback tab within the applicant’s profile. This tab won’t exist unless the applicant has previous or pending feedback. You’ll notice that you can re-send forms to the interviewers from there as well.

COMPAS Integrates with Adobe’s EchoSign ![]()
The integration for the Corporate Platform automates the on boarding process for new hires. The interface allows for easy sending of documentation from their document library and also allows the user to upload new customized documentation. The integration is seamless, allowing the COMPAS user to track every step of the process including time of creation, distribution, review by signer, and signature. Most importantly, the document(s) will be automatically stored in that candidate’s record making documentation storage collaborative and extremely organized. Learn More

Candidate Pipeline Management ![]()
COMPAS makes it easy to search, source and build your applicant pipeline. Through our efforts to streamline the process we learned that we now need to make it easy to organize the pipeline of candidates even further. As a result, we’re developing a new application within the Pipeline of the Talent screen that allows you to organize your list of candidates via drag and drop and monitor what stage these candidates are at in the recruiting / screening process.
Single Sign On (SSO) ![]()
COMPAS added single sign on capabilities for enterprise partners using Ping Identity technology. Enterprise customers are always looking for more Single Sign On (SSO) options, as SSO cuts down on the number of passwords users have to maintain. In addition, SSO offers a more unified experience for the end user, which further reduces support.
